🩺 PROJECT NO. 110 – DIABETES CAMP & VITAMIN D AWARENESS 2 October 2026 Sometimes, a simple health check can change a life. As part of our Neighbourhood First - One Project Every Day initiative, Project No. 110 focused on two important health concerns-Diabetes and Vitamin D deficiency. Diabetes can remain silent for years, making regular screening an important step towards early awareness and better health. At the same time, adequate Vitamin D plays an important role in maintaining strong bones, healthy muscles and overall well-being. Our message was simple: Know your numbers. Get checked.
